The form contains the following fields: Subject, E-mail, Name and Message. #### Generate simple form (add prospect/opportunity in Sellsy) Create a multitude of forms to manage your prospecting. The validation of the form will create a prospect on Sellsy and optionally an opportunity. (You can use the Sellsy custom fields, such as “simple text”, …) #### Tracking Saves the different pages visited by your prospect.
