Visit ‘Plugins > Add New’
Search for ‘Share MXH’
Activate Share MXH from your Plugins page.

Manually

Upload the share-mxh folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the Share MXH plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
Go to “after activation” below.
