You can create client portals, you have a learning management system to create courses, and you can white label it too. You get your own app to use. You have the ability to control user permissions to different resources. There is a learning curve, but once you know how to use the software everything makes sense.

The documentation is excellent – everything you need is there if you’re willing to do your homework. Yes, there’s a learning curve, but that’s because you’re getting enterprise-level capabilities. What sold me: the subscription payment processing combined with customer support features. But honestly, that’s just scratching the surface. The sheer number of integrated features means I’ve consolidated multiple tools into one platform. My clients love the personalized experience, and I love being able to collect payments seamlessly while managing everything in one place. If you’re looking for a quick-setup solution, this might not be for you. But if you want a one-stop client management platform that can scale with your business, SuiteDash is absolutely worth the investment. Highly recommended for anyone willing to put in the initial effort to unlock its full potential!

My overall experience is very good. I opted for the VIP support and it is well worth the cost to get live support for your questions. The support staff is very knowledgeable. I was using multiple applications that one SuiteDash application is replacing. I will be saving over $2,500 per year just in license fees by using SuiteDash. I purchased SuiteDash just over two months ago. It’s really amazing how they thought of everything. Yes, it takes configuration time but it will save me and my staff 100’s of hours over the next year. It will also help us avoid letting important tasks slip through the cracks. It’s already saved me $1,000 in billing that I would have forgotten to bill. It’s also keeping in touch with our prospective clients when I am busy with other clients. Love this application! Its features are very powerful. You should know that this app needs to be configured to meet your exact requirements. I’ve spent over 30 hours learning and setting up our workflow. I also considered ZoHo CRM and Pipedrive before deciding on SuiteDash. I’m currently using Teamwork and TeamworkDesk, and although Teamwork has a very good Support Ticket system, they have little to no automation to help me facilitate common activities. SuiteDash is a much better fit for my company.
